The Embassy Theatre and Three Rivers Music Theatre will present At the Movies: Songs of the Silver Screen at 8 p.m. Oct. 30 on the Embassy stage, 125 W. Jefferson Blvd., Fort Wayne.

The two organizations are continuing a partnership that evolved from the need to find creative ways to bring arts experiences to the community last year when many organizations were not able to host events in their home venues due to complications of the pandemic. The 2020-2021 Cabaret Series lineup included Ladies Night last October and True Colors in June of this year.

At The Movies: Songs of the Silver Screen again showcases vocal talent from Fort Wayne and the surrounding region for an evening of songs of the cinema. Rolin Mains, music director, has worked as a composer, conductor and pianist in Nashville and New York City for 25 years. Andy Planck, director, is executive director of the Three Rivers Music Theatre.

Tickets are $30 or $20 for students (plus applicable fees). Tickets can be purchased at, and the STAR Bank box office at the Embassy (260-424-5665).

Activities at the Embassy are made possible in part by Arts United of Greater Fort Wayne and the Indiana Arts Commission, which receives support from the State of Indiana and the National Endowment for the Arts.
